The story of Sí Señor started in 2010 when Guillermo Perez and Christell Gozzer, originally from Lima, Perú, had the idea of opening a sandwich shop with a Latin flare. Everything would be made from scratch, using the best and freshest ingredients. Meats would be roasted in-house, sauces and desserts would also be homemade.

This concept would be a great addition to their community since nothing was like it. This initiative led them to test the venture by doing a few festivals around Columbus and participating at the Pearl Market on Tuesdays and Fridays during the summertime.

The great feedback from the lunch crowd gave them enough confidence to open their first brick-and-mortar location a couple of months after.

Since then, Sí Señor has continued serving their unique food for all sandwich lovers.
